CONSUMER SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS

PorticoHome.com strives to ship all orders within 2 business days, excluding company holidays, after an order has been received. Orders received over the weekend, or on a company holiday will be processed for shipment within 2 business days upon return. Shipments are properly insured at no additional cost to customers.

If your order appears late, remember that Credit Card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed after 12 noon Eastern Time will begin to be processed the following business day. Shipping Costs are based on the ship method selected and zip code entered.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure your order is shipped as efficiently as possible, at times we will fulfill orders from more than one location or items may not all fit in one box. In these instances, your entire order may arrive in different boxes. If your products are shipped in separate boxes, your order maybe delivered at different times. You will not be charged any additional costs. You will be emailed each tracking number shipped.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Shipping to the Contiguous United States

For shipments to the Contiguous United States, when your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Costs are based on the ship method selected and zip code entered.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, when your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 10-15 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping to APO/FPO Locations

We will gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses. However, standard delivery time frames do not apply to APO/FPO shipments as it may take up to 30 business days for the shipment to arrive.

International Shipping

We are unable to ship to US Territories and International locations at this time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

For orders shipped via FedEx, find the FedEx tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.FedEx.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the FedEx web site.

For orders that are shipped via the US Postal Service, find the USPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped.Use that number at www.USPS.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the USPS web site.

ORDER STATUS

You can look at past and pending order(s) status at PorticoHome.com; however, you must be a Registered Customer to use Order Status. Also, you will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  • The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
  • The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours after your package is shipped.

You will receive an email shipment confirmation with carrier and tracking number(s). Please go to the carriers website and enter this information to track your package. Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your shipment to show active on their website.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from PorticoHome.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, during non-holiday months (January – October) you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price plus the applicable sales tax paid, minus the shipping, handling or other similar applicable charges paid. You will not be charged a restocking fee.

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in original packaging and in original, unused condition. Laundered or used items will not be accepted. To receive a refund, the original packing slip should accompany your return.

You may return merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of the original shipped date during non-holiday months (January – October). Purchases made during the holiday months (November – December) must be received no later than January 31st of the New Year.

All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.

You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

At this time we are unable to process exchanges & replacements. Customers can return their original order for a refund and then create a new order for the replacement item(s).

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The packing slip accompanying your order contains instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

  • Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
  • Pack item in its original packaging.
  • Include the top portion of the original packing slip in the return shipment.
  • Please place Return Reason Code in the appropriate section on the packing slip.
  • Affix the return / shipping label provided on the packing slip.
  • All return shipping charges will be paid by you.
  • Insure package for proper protection and value.
  • Obtain tracking numbers in case of loss.
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend that you use the United States Postal Service or a reputable national shipping company such as FedEx and/or UPS for your return.

PorticoHome.com is not responsible for lost items, including items lost during shipment.

CREDIT

You can expect a refund within 30 days after your return has been received and verified. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.

 

PORTICO RETURN POLICY

We accept product back in its original packaging up to 90 days from the date of purchase with a Portico Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for returnable shipments.

To return merchandise, please complete the return information on your packing slip and enclose it inside/outside the carton, reseal your unused merchandise in the carton and place the return label over the original shipping label. Be certain that the RGA number is written on both the packing slip and the return label. Returns should be shipped freight prepaid.

Restocking & Cancellation Fees

Orders are subject to 15% restocking fees and return freight charges. Cancellation fees may apply on quoted, volume, or customized orders.

 

Damaged Cartons

If your package arrived damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at the time of delivery. If your carton had concealed damage, please email porticosocial@earthboundllc.com within 3 business days.

     

Defective Product

If you receive an item that is defective, please email porticosocial@earthboundllc.com. We will advise you how to proceed.

 

Shortages & Shipping Errors

If your order arrived short an item at the time of delivery, please note the shortage next to your signature. If you notice a shortage upon opening the carton or if your order was filled incorrectly, please email porticosocial@earthboundllc.com within 3 business days of receipt. 

     

Shipped Freight Carrier

If you are making a return and your order was shipped via freight carrier, please call porticosocial@earthboundllc.com within 3 business days of receipt.

 

Shipped Outside the Continental U.S.

Items shipped outside the continental United States are non-returnable. 

     

Customized Orders

Customized orders including fabricated, special-order, and custom made-to-order items are non-returnable.
